Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how LJGHT Ltd., under the brand RECREAID ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at recreaid.com (the "Site") or engage our services. This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws.
1. What Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of personal data:
Information you provide directly:
When you book an intro call through our booking page on Cal.com: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking
Through our contact form: your first and last name, email address and message, and, if you choose to share them, your current website, preferred package, ideal start date and project type
When you engage our services: phone number, business details, project requirements, communication preferences, and payment and billing information
Information collected automatically:
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit, in server logs.
We measure visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service, using its EU data region. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal data: it counts visits, pages viewed, referring websites, country and device type, and only shows us aggregated statistics. It cannot identify you or follow you across other websites.
The Site does not set cookies and does not use advertising pixels, social media widgets or other tracking technologies. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own website, so your visit is not shared with font or script providers.
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age.
